Elite Drywall Designs provides drywall installation, taping and finishing, texture and custom design, ceilings and soffits, repairs and patching, and commercial build-out services for residential and commercial clients.
Estimates provided through this website or in person are non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, material costs, scope changes, or access issues discovered once work begins. We will communicate any change in scope or price before proceeding.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at scheduled times. Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete prior trades, or unsafe conditions may affect the project timeline and cost.
Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are set out in your individual project agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by applicable law.
If you opt in to text messages by checking the consent box on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Elite Dry Wall LLC at the cell number you provided. These may include payment reminders, two-factor authentication codes, account notifications, alerts, and customer service messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor and materials, including its duration and coverage, is described in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from settling, moisture intrusion, structural movement, third-party work, or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Drywall Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
